T.Y. Hilton got off to an impressive start to the season, but his 2019 campaign has been derailed by injuries. He's played just one game for the Indianapolis Colts since Week 8, when he faced the Houston Texans in Week 12, but Hilton only played 37 percent of the snaps in that one, and has been sidelined for team's two subsequent games.

Unfortunately, Hilton's latest injury update only clouds his fantasy value further, as it looks like he'll be a game-time decision in Week 15.

The Colts face the New Orleans Saints on "Monday Night Football" this week, and that late start creates a lot of issues for his fantasy owners. Unless you're desperate at wide receiver, it's probably best to find another option, as he could leave owners without many alternatives if he's ultimately inactive Monday night.

Zach Pascal Fantasy Football Outlook

If Hilton is out, Zach Pascal's fantasy outlook would get a significant boost, though. Pascal has averaged 9.5 targets and 6.0 receptions for 91.5 yards per game across his last two without Hilton, and has found the end zone once during that span.

Pascal is available in 53 percent of Yahoo! Fantasy Football leagues, and Hilton owners would be wise to pick him up as a handcuff option. This is also a solid matchup for Indianapolis' receivers, as New Orleans has surrendered the third-most PPR points to opposing wideouts.

Even if Hilton is ultimately ruled active, his recent injury history makes him tough to trust – especially in the fantasy football playoffs. But if you're intent upon trying to start him this week, Hilton owners would be wise to pick up Pascal as a contingency plan. Pascal checks in at WR35 in our Week 15 PPR rankings, while Hilton doesn't crack the top 36 wideouts.
