Ravens Rookie Already Subject of Trade Rumors

The Baltimore Ravens came away with a haul of promising young talent from the 2021 NFL Draft. They shored up their receiving corps by selecting Rashod Bateman and Tylan Wallace, landed a potential impact EDGE in Odafe Oweh, and nabbed cornerback Shaun Wade.
Baltimore is now loaded at CB, and Wade may be squeezed out already.
I'm hearing the Ravens have been engaged in some trade talks involving rookie fifth-round corner Shaun Wade, who played at Ohio State. Ravens have a logjam at defensive back right now and they don't have the roster space to keep them all.

Shaun Wade Trade Rumors
The Ravens have been "engaged" in trade talks involving Wade, according to The Athletic's Jeff Zrebiec. It doesn't like sound the team is actively trying to get rid of him, but they're realizing that they have a glut at corner with the regular season approaching.
Wade has impressed in preseason and could net Baltimore a decent return if moved. The fifth-round draft pick racked up 18 pass breakups, 6 interceptions and 3 forced fumbles over three seasons at Ohio State.

A potential Wade move would still leave backups Tavon Young and Jimmy Smith behind the intimidating starting duo of Marcus Peters and Marlon Humphrey.
The Ravens are tied for the fifth-best odds to win Super Bowl 56 at +1400, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
