Week 4 of the NFL season saw a couple of rookie quarterbacks deliver on a pretty big stage. Daniel Jones and Gardner Minshew impressed, with both earning their second career win as a starter.

These victories have improved their odds to win the 2019 Rookie of the Year award, with Jones at +170 and Minshew at +400, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

While he didn't play particularly well individually, Jones got a 24-3 win over the Washington Redskins, and his odds improved from +700 on Sept. 20, to +170 as of this morning, making him the new favorite to win the award.

The Giants were 0-2 with Eli Manning at the helm, but have quickly improved to 2-2 with Jones calling the shots.

Minshew, the sixth-round rookie for Jacksonville, has already become a fan favorite, leading the Jaguars to their second win of the season. His odds to win the Rookie of the Year have exploded over the past two weeks, going from +3300 entering Week 3 to +400 after Week 4.

Minshew now has the third-best odds to win the award.

At second in the odds is Kyler Murray, who has been the starter since the beginning of the season but is still searching for his first win. His odds have fallen a bit, and he's down to +340.

Rounding out the top five in the odds to win the Rookie of the Year is Chicago Bears running back David Montgomery (+850), and Baltimore Ravens WR Marquise Brown (+850).

With three quarters of the season left to play, this award is still very much up for grabs, though Minshew and Jones' ascendance has been fascinating to watch.
