The NFL Playoffs kick off with one of the most exciting matchups on this weekend's slate, as the Indianapolis Colts take on the Bills in Buffalo. Josh Allen's squad is a 6.5-point favorite, per FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL betting odds.

If you're still looking to get your fantasy football fix, there are plenty of formats available to keep playing throughout the NFL Playoffs. Here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Colts-Bills Wild Card Round clash.

Jonathan Taylor Fantasy

Start Jonathan Taylor, RB, Indianapolis Colts: Jonathan Taylor is the hottest running back in the league not named Derrick Henry. But Taylor is giving King Henry a run for his money. The lights have come on for the rookie RB, turning 19.8 carries into 123.5 rushing yards per game since Week 11. He's scored 8 TDs through six games in that span. Buffalo's run defense is league average, sitting No. 17 by DVOA. Letting Taylor run wild might be Indianapolis' best chance here, so look for a big game from the Wisconsin product.

Josh Allen Fantasy

Start Josh Allen, QB, Buffalo Bills: Josh Allen closed out his MVP-caliber season with an amazing stretch. Over his final five games of the year, Buffalo's franchise QB averaged 303.2 passing yards and 22.0 rushing yards per game, adding 17 total TDs to 2 INTs during that span. The Colts are one of the best defense in the league, but Allen has torched whoever is in front of him. In that five-game run, Allen put up monster numbers against the Pittsburgh Steelers (No. 1), Miami Dolphins (No. 11) and San Francisco 49ers (No. 6), who all rank inside the top 11 by defensive DVOA. Don't overthink this one.

Philip Rivers Fantasy

Sit Philip Rivers, QB, Indianapolis Colts: Buffalo's defense has improved significantly over the second half of the season. Prior to the Bills' Week 11 bye, they were surrendering 26.5 PPG. That figured plummeted to 18.3 PPG over their final six games. This unit is rolling right now, and they're the league's 12th-best pass defense by DVOA and 17th against the run. If Indianapolis is going to put up points, it's probably going to be via the run game, not Philip Rivers. There are better options elsewhere this week.

Devin Singletary Fantasy

Sit Devin Singletary, RB, Buffalo Bills: With the odds suggesting that the Bills should be playing from ahead, one might assume Devin Singletary would handle some heavy volume. However, if Buffalo is protecting the lead with the run game, it'll likely be Zack Moss, not Singletary, getting the touches. Moss has handled double-digit carries in three of his last four outings, while Singletary has only reached that mark once in that time.
