The NBA season rolls on tonight, bringing fans some exciting matchups. If you're looking for some advice for your NBA FanDuel lineup tonight, The Duel is here to help.

And be sure to checkout our nightly against the spread (ATS) picks as well.

Without further ado, here are three players to target and two to avoid in Monday, 5/3, NBA DFS action.

FanDuel Picks Tonight NBA

Nikola Jokic Fantasy

Target Nikola Jokic, C, Denver Nuggets ($10,900): Nikola Jokic looks like this season's MVP and he's showing no signs of slowing down. Jokic has two games with 60-plus FanDuel fantasy points over his last three contests, which is impressive given he didn't need a triple-double in either contest to do so. He gets a mouth-watering matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers tonight. Anthony Davis and Andre Drummond allowed Pascal Siakam to go for 39 points and 13 rebounds last night. If Siakam can feast like that, Jokic's potential is sky-high, especially with LeBron James out on Monday. The Nuggets' star big man is in prime position to make this struggling Lakers team pay.

Domantas Sabonis Fantasy

Target Domantas Sabonis, PF, Indiana Pacers ($9,500): Domantas Sabonis is another All-Star big man doing it all for his team. He's recorded a double-double in seven straight games, upping his averages to 20.3 points and 14.6 rebounds along with 7.1 assists during that stretch. Sabonis is coming off of a monstrous 67.8-point fantasy performance after recording a triple-double, and he could rival those numbers again against the Washington Wizards. The Wizards give up the third-most PPG (117.7) and seventh-most RPG (54.5) in the league. And both of these teams rank in the top five for pace. In a game where possessions and buckets will be aplenty, Sabonis should thrive.

Kyle Kuzma Fantasy

Target Kyle Kuzma, SF, Utah Jazz ($5,500): LeBron James just missed 20 games with his ankle sprain, and he appeared to tweak that injury last night against the Toronto Raptors. It's hard to see LA being anything but cautions with their star and sitting him on Monday. That opens up a great opportunity for Kyle Kuzma. His minutes per game improved from 28.6 to 33.5 with James sidelined, and he upped his PPG (14.8) and APG (3.1) while keeping up his solid rebounding (5.9 RPG) during that time. Kuzma could turn out to be a steal at this price if James does sit.

Joel Embiid Fantasy

Avoid Joel Embiid, C, Philadelphia 76ers ($9,600): Joel Embiid could be a victim of his team's dominance once again. The Philadelphia 76ers have proven to trounce lesser Eastern Conference opponents this season and pull Embiid early. That could be the case again on Monday against the Chicago Bulls, with the status Zach LaVine (doubtful) and Nikola Vucevic (questionable) up in the air. The Bulls already rank in the bottom half of the league for opponent PPG (112.5) and may get blown out early without their two top offensive options. Embiid is a risk in fantasy lineups even at that price.

LeBron James Fantasy

Avoid LeBron James, SF, Los Angeles Lakers ($9,800): This should come as no surprise. James tweaked his ankle on Sunday against the Raptors and didn't return to the court during his team's loss. LA is more focused on the playoffs than regular season, and James' health is crucial to their chances of repeating as champs. Expect the Lakers to be cautious and sit LeBron on Monday.
