The Los Angeles Rams travel to Tampa Bay to take on the Buccaneers in a matchup of two of the NFC's best. FanDuel Sportsbook's Week 11 NFL odds currently have Tampa Bay as a 4.5-point home favorite.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineup, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 11 Rams-Buccaneers showdown.

Cooper Kupp Fantasy

Start Cooper Kupp, WR, Los Angeles Rams: Cooper Kupp hasn't been quite as dominant as his fantasy managers had hoped, but volume certainly hasn't been the problem. Since Week 5, Kupp is averaging 10.0 targets for 6.0 catches and 56.0 receiving yards per game, though he hasn't scored since Week 4. That feels more fluky than concerning, as Kupp had double-digit TDs just a year ago. It's a tough matchup, but the volume Kupp is seeing is just too good to ignore.

Ronald Jones Fantasy

Start Ronald Jones, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: The Rams might be the best team in the league at defending the pass, making it tough to like Tampa Bay's pass-catchers in Week 11. While Los Angeles is also stout against the run, that unit is a bit more beatable than the secondary. That could lead to a ton of opportunity for Ronald Jones, who is coming off a 192-yard performance in Week 10. We're not likely to see a repeat of that, but Jones could be called on early and often as the odds suggest the Buccaneers are likely to be playing from ahead.

Darrell Henderson Fantasy

Sit Darrell Henderson, RB, Los Angeles Rams: If the Rams are the league's best defense against the pass, the Buccaneers might be their counterpart against the run. Tampa Bay is surrendering a league-low 76.6 rushing yards per game on a measly 3.3 yards per carry. That doesn't bode well for the Rams' running backs, especially since game flow could limit how often the Rams run. With legitimate concerns around both volume and efficiency, it's tough to like Darrell Henderson or any of the Rams' other backs here.

Tom Brady Fantasy

Sit Tom Brady, QB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: As we've mentioned a few times now, it's really difficult to throw on the Rams' defense. Brandon Staley's unit was one of three defenses allowing less than 200.0 passing yards per game entering Week 11, and its the only defense that has yet to allow double-digit touchdown passes. As a result, Los Angeles is surrendering the third-fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs. While Tom Brady has been great for fantasy managers this season, he's had his share of bad performances, and those have tended to come when he's been pressured. Unfortunately for Brady, Aaron Donald's Rams have recorded 31 sacks on the year, which is tied for the third-best mark in the NFL entering Sunday.
