Le'Veon Bell Injury Update Improves Frank Gore Fantasy Value
By Max Staley

Le'Veon Bell's first season with the New York Jets did not go as planned. After signing a four-year deal worth $52.5 million, Bell turned 245 carries into just 789 rushing yards and 3 scores.
While there was some optimism that a revamped offensive line could lead to a renaissance from Bell in year two, that doesn't look likely either. After playing just about a half with the team, Bell has already gone down with a hamstring injury. He's doubtful to return.

Le'Veon Bell Fantasy Outlook
The early returns for Bell's fantasy managers have certainly not been strong. There's no concrete word on his status as of yet, but any absence would lead to an increase in fantasy value for Frank Gore.
Frank Gore Fantasy Outlook
Fantasy managers shouldn't overreact to an increase in opportunity for Gore too much, however. In an offense seemingly devoid of talent, Gore isn't going to be an efficient-enough player to do too much offensively.

If Bell does indeed miss any time, Gore is best viewed as a TD-dependent, low-end RB3 or FLEX option.
This is a situation Bell's fantasy managers will want to monitor closely.
