After just one season in Baltimore, the Ravens have released Pro-Bowl safety Earl Thomas. After an incident that seemed to be the straw that broke the camel's back, the Ravens cut ties with the safety for conduct detrimental to the team.
This apparently is something other teams are taking note of as Thomas is now in search of a new home. When asked about the possibility of the Texans signing Thomas, Houston wide receiver Kenny Stills didn't exactly endorse the move.
For a player to have a reaction like that about bringing in a Pro-Bowl player, his reputation is either that damaged or Stills is beyond confident in what the Texans already have in house at the position. At this point, you'd have to imagine it's a little bit of both when it comes to Stills' comments.
