Pro days are where NFL Draft prospects make their mark and it is safe to say Penn State defensive end Jayson Oweh made his. He measured in as a 6-foot-5, 257-pound defensive end who ran a 4.36 40-yard dash and posted a 39.5-inch vertical jump. In three seasons with the Nittany Lions, he racked up 63 tackles (13.5 for loss) and 7.0 sacks.

A number of NFL teams head into the draft looking to take an impactful edge rusher and Oweh could be a top target in that situation. With that being said, here are three of the most likely landing spot for Oweh.

Jayson Oweh Draft Projections

1. Indianapolis Colts (No. 21)

The Indianapolis Colts and Oweh seem like a perfect match. If the team is unable to bring back veteran Justin Houston, this could be a route they take instead. Oweh has the frame to line up at linebacker or along the defensive line. He is an athletic freak and would make a scary duo with Darius Leonard on this team. Oweh has the upside to be great at the next level, but needs the right team to help him harness his raw skills. The Colts could be that team.

2. Pittsburgh Steelers (No. 24)

After losing Bud Dupree to free agency this offseason, the Pittsburgh Steelers suddenly find themselves searching for a replacement. Oweh could fill in that role given his exceptional speed and ability to disrupt opposing backfields. His burst off the edge could be greatly utilized in a tough-nosed defense such as Pittsburgh's. The Steelers have proven they know how to develop defensive talent as they turned Dupree and T.J. Watt into NFL superstars. Don't be surprised if they try to do it again with Oweh.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars (No. 25)

Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Urban Meyer has made it clear that he wants to put together a powerful defensive line to be the anchor of his football team. One way he could do that is by drafting an incredible athlete in Oweh. His first step off the snap is explosive and he has shown that he can defend both the run and the pass rather well. This may be risky pick, but it is a move that could pay off big time for the rebuilding Jaguars.
