Huascar Ynoa Nearing Return From 60-Day Injured List

It's been and up-and-down ride, riddled with injuries, but the Atlanta Braves are still in great position to finish with their fourth straight NL East title. The news keeps on getting better in Atlanta as the Braves got some promising news around starter pitcher Huascar Ynoa's latest injury update.
It looks as if Ynoa is poised to make his return from the 60-day injured list this week. The 23-year-old right-hander has been sidelined since mid-May with a broken hand he suffered after punching the dugout wall.

Huascar Ynoa Injury Update
Lately, Ynoa has completed three rehab assignments with Triple-A Gwinnett, his last and most successful coming on Wednesday night. In the outing, Ynoa tossed 83 pitches and struck out seven batters over 4.2 innings.
The pitch count is where it needs to be and the Braves just optioned rookie starter Kyle Muller back to Triple-A.
Ynoa's return is welcomed news for a pitching staff that owns just the 13th-best ERA (4.06) in baseball. On the year, Ynoa has pitched to a 3.02 mark in 44.2 innings across 8 starts.
Currently, the Braves are tied for first place in the NL East with the Philadelphia Phillies, both owning 60-56 records. Atlanta's odds to win the division sit at +165 on FanDuel Sportsbook, trailing the Phillies by the slightest of margins (+125).
