Fantasy Golf Picks for the RSM Classic at Sea Island Resort

Following an exciting week at The Masters unlike any other, PGA Tour players take a quick trip to Sea Island Resort in Saint Simons Island, Georgia for the RSM Classic. With a surprisingly solid field for the week after a major, this should shape up to be quite a competitive event.

With that in mind, let's take a look at a few golfers to consider when putting together your fantasy lineup this week.

Tyrrell Hatton:
Tyrrell Hatton disappointed at The Masters, but he was playing some phenomenal golf before that. In Hatton's last seven starts prior to The Masters, he compiled three top-10 finishes and five top-25 finishes. Additionally, he ranks in the top 35 on tour in Strokes Gained (SG): Off-The-Tee (35th), SG: Approach The Green (32nd) and SG: Total (28th). Look for him to reclaim his stride on a much easier course against a much less daunting field.

Sungjae Im:
Flipping the script here a bit, Sungjae Im is flying high, coming off a second-place finish at The Masters. While this might seem like a quick turnaround after such a grueling event, the travel is very short this week, and the field will be much easier for Im to navigate. If he's able to keep that momentum going from Augusta, he has the chance to dominate the field this week.

Kevin Kisner:
Kevin Kisner is more of a value play here, but given the fact he hasn't been playing that great coming into this event gives him a chance to be a great play for your fantasy team. The reason is because of his success on this course in the past. In his last six starts at the RSM Classic, Kisner has finished in the top-10 four times, which includes a win in 2016. For a guy that has played these courses just as good if not better, than anyone else on tour, he's gotta be in your consideration set.
