Last season, the high-powered Los Angeles Rams' offense generated a ton of fantasy points to a handful of fantasy-relevant players. The same looks to be true again in 2019, highlighted by a talented trio at wide receiver: Brandin Cooks, Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp. While it would likely be great to own any of these receivers, which one should you target?

Value in fantasy football comes directly from where you have to draft a player. But for this trio, their average draft positions (ADP) are almost identical, according to FantasyPros' ADP rankings. Cooks is WR17 (44th overall), Woods is WR18 (45th overall) and Kupp is just a bit behind, at WR22 (53rd overall).

Kupp was the only one to not play 16 games in 2019, tearing his ACL in his eighth game of the season. However, he was extremely productive when he was on the field, racking up 566 yards and six touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Woods and Cooks both put together really solid seasons, finishing as WR10 and WR13 in standard leagues, respectively. Cooks racked up 1,204 yards receiving and five touchdowns, while Woods tallied 1,219 yards and six touchdowns.

Ultimately, this decision comes down to what your team needs. If you need a home run hitter, Cooks will likely be the best bet. Woods is probably the most consistent of the three, while Kupp could provide the best value if he stays healthy.

You can't really go wrong with any of the three, but Woods looks like the safest choice thanks to his consistent week-to-week production.
