The PGA Tour heads back down south to Texas this week for the AT&T Byron Nelson at TPC Craig Ranch.

With a few tournaments before the next major, PGA Tour players are doing what they can to shape up at the 2022 AT&T Byron Nelson.

AT&T Byron Nelson 2022 Fantasy Picks

Jordan Spieth Fantasy

Jordan Spieth is coming off an impressive win at the RBC Heritage in his last start, notching his second Top-5 finish of the season. Ironically the other one was at another AT&T-sponsored event, the AT&T Peele Beach Pro-Am. Spieth has a history of playing well in his home state of Texas and even finished No. 9 the last time he played at TPC Craig Ranch. Expect another strong showing from the Texas native here.

Sam Burns Fantasy

Sam Burns is coming off a second-place finish in the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, but two starts before that he won the Valspar Championship. And two starts before that he grabbed a T-9 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. His game is in a good spot right now. Now he comes back to TPC Craig Ranch, where he grabbed a second-place finish in 2021 at this same event. Burns' ball-striking has been great this season, ranking No. 10 in Greens in Regulation (GIR), No. 11 in Strokes Gained (SG): Approach The Green and No. 18 in SG: Tee-To-Green.

Jason Day Fantasy

Jason Day was on a stretch of three consecutive missed cuts but has bounced back lately, grabbing a T-10 and T-15 in his last two starts. The Australian has had an up-and-down season but does have three top-10 finishes, including two top-five finishes. While he did grab a second-place finish in this event a few years back, it was at a different course. Regardless, for the price, I like Day this week.
