Evan Engram just can't catch a break this season. The talented tight end jumped out to an impressive start to the year, but he's been sidelined since Week 9.

While there was some optimism that he could return to the field in Week 15 against the Miami Dolphins, the latest update suggests he'll likely miss his fifth consecutive game.

This is a tough development for his fantasy owners, as the Dolphins are one of the best matchups in fantasy right now. But with Engram likely out, Kaden Smith could once again be a viable streaming option.

Over the last three weeks, Smith is seeing 6.3 targets and averaging 32.0 yards per game. Not eye popping numbers by any stretch, but he's seeing enough volume to remain on the fantasy radar.

However, each of those three have come without tight end Rhett Ellison, who has a chance to return this week.

If Ellison is active, it's going to be tough to trust either tight end, as they'll likely just eat into each other's value, though Smith could hold some fantasy value as a streaming option provided Ellison sits again.
