3 Easiest Games on the Bills Schedule in 2022

Few teams in recent NFL have been as consistent as the Buffalo Bills, who are tied for the third-most wins (34) since 2019. The odds of continuing that trend are looking good, with ESPN's Mike Clay listing Buffalo as having the 15th-easiest 2022 schedule.
The Bills certainly have their fair share of tough upcoming opponents, such as the Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Rams, but their schedule is winnable for the most part. In fact, some teams are much more beatable than others.
Keeping that in mind, here are the three easiest games on the Bills' schedule in 2022.
Buffalo Bills Schedule 2022
1. vs. New York Jets
The Bills are the best team in the AFC East for a reason, and they typically display that with their dominance over the New York Jets. Buffalo is 10-5 in its last 15 games against New York and has won four straight meetings between the two rivals. Three of those four wins have also been by double-digit differences. On top of that, Josh Allen has been nothing short of outstanding against the Jets, averaging 306.0 passing yards in those four meetings. New York has a long way to go before it's on Buffalo's level and that'll be made evident in both matchups in 2022.
2. @ Detroit Lions
A road matchup against the Detroit Lions should be another easily winnable matchup for the Bills. Only the Jacksonville Jaguars (10) have fewer wins than the Lions (11) since 2019, which goes to show just how bad the latter has been. Sure, Detroit had a solid draft and has made some promising offseason moves, but there's a reason why FanDuel Sportsbook is favoring the team to win six or fewer games. The Bills are also 5-1 in their last six games against the Lions and haven't lost in Detroit since 2006. With Buffalo being the betting favorite to win Super Bowl LVII, it's tough to see the Lions posing much of a challenge.
3. @ Chicago Bears
Another not-so-challenging road matchup for the Bills will take place when they visit the Chicago Bears in 2022. The Bears' passing game is virtually non-existent and it's going to be tough for them to keep up with the Bills' high-flying offense led by Allen, Stefon Diggs and Dawson Knox. Buffalo is looking for revenge after Chicago won the last meeting 41-9 in 2018, and it's safe to say that its odds of doing so are good considering how the Bills have become a much more complete team since then. Additionally, the Bears are hardly a better team compared to last year and without reliable playmakers, they don't stand much of a chance to beat the Bills.
