The Eagles Should Steal This Upcoming Free Agent Away From the Cowboys
By Zach Brunner

This season is one of change for the Philadelphia Eagles. There's a switch at both head coach and quarterback, which are arguably the two most notable positions on a football team. The hope is for initial success because of this switch, but for this to happen, they must pull off more offseason moves.

The Eagles have the third-lowest amount of cap room in the NFL, so their hands are sort of tied right now. However, this is a rumor that they are shopping offensive guard Brandon Brooks. If this is the case, they must address the interior offensive line.
An inexpensive move to do so could be signing veteran offensive lineman Joe Looney from the Dallas Cowboys.
Looney is set to turn 31 before the start of next season. This means he still has plenty of football left, though he does not come with a massive price tag. While he isn't an elite blocker, he is plenty serviceable. The best part of Looney's game is how versatile of a player he is.
It's no secret that injuries have been the biggest issue for the Eagles the past several years. Having a player like Looney, who can play multiple positions, is invaluable. Whether it's center or guard, Looney will be able to slide in and start. He is a player the Eagles should steal from the Cowboys in free agency.
