Dolphins Sign Wide Receiver Amid Injury Troubles

Nothing is going right for the Miami Dolphins to begin the 2021 season. The team's record stands at just 1-4 as they deal with injuries at several key positions.
To help shore up their wide receiver depth, Miami signed a recent starter to their practice squad.
The Dolphins have signed former #Eagles WR Travis Fulgham to their practice squad. He was Philadelphia's leading receiver last season with 539 receiving yards.

Travis Fulgham News
Third-year wideout Travis Fulgham is joining the Dolphins' practice squad and could be a promotion candidate once he's settled in. With Will Fuller on the IR list and DeVante Parker sidelined in Week 5, the former sixth-round pick gives this team a solid fall-back option if needed.
Fulgham headlined a lackluster Philadelphia Eagles receiving corps in 2020. He recorded 38 receptions for 539 yards (the team high) and 4 touchdowns in 13 games. It was his taste of a real NFL role after seeing just 3 targets as a rookie with the Detroit Lions in 2019.
The Dolphins enter Week 6 as 3.5-point favorites over the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
