49ers Get Bad News on Deebo Samuel Injury Update

San Francisco 49ers star wide receiver Deebo Samuel remained sidelined during the open portion of the team's Thursday practice. It's now looking like Deebo is in danger of missing his third straight game due to a hamstring injury suffered in Week 7.
Still no sign of #49ers WR Deebo Samuel during open portion of Thursday’s practice. Trending toward another week out with hamstring injury.

WR Trent Taylor (back) is participating early on.
There's nothing concrete quit yet, but with the team having a bye in Week 11, it makes a ton of sense to keep him out of the game on Sunday. That would be a serious blow to an already shorthanded 49ers' passing game playing without Jimmy Garoppolo and George Kittle, just to name a few.
Expect Brandon Aiyuk and Kendrick Bourne, who have both been activated from the COVID/Reserve list, to pick up the slack if Deebo can't go.
Potentially playing short-handed again in Week 10, FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL betting lines have the 49ers as 8.5-point underdogs against the New Orleans Saints.
