Dak Prescott Projections for 2020 Should Have Cowboys Fans Hyped

Dak Prescott is coming off the most impressive statistical season of his already-outstanding career. He threw for 4,902 yards and 30 touchdowns, shattering his previous career-best marks in both categories.

It doesn't look like he's about to take much of a step back in 2020, either, according to the stats being projected for him by the prop bets available on FanDuel Sportsbook.

The over/under for Prescott's 2020 passing yardage total is set at 4,319.5 yards, and the over/under for his 2020 passing touchdowns is 27.5. There are equal (-112) odds on both sides for yardage, while the over is a slight underdog (+102) on that TD number.

Both of those would be a slight regression from Dak's massive 2019 numbers, but they'd still check in as the second-best marks of his career, and they'd keep him in the upper echelon of passers. For context, 4,319 yards would have ranked No. 6 in the NFL in 2019, while 27 touchdowns would have tied for fifth.

Considering Dak has much of the same offensive talent in place (with the exception of losing Jason Witten and replacing Randall Cobb with CeeDee Lamb), Cowboys fans have to feel pretty good about their chances of getting another year of elite production out of their 26-year-old quarterback.
