ESPN has revealed their official 2020 NFL season projections, based off their advanced simulations, and the results are very interesting. Some of the projections are pretty standard, like the Kansas City Chiefs being favored to win the Super Bowl.

Things get really exciting in the NFC East, though, with the Dallas Cowboys projected at the top of the division, with the league's fifth-best chance of winning the Super Bowl.

The Cowboys are a popular pick as a dark horse team in 2020, and it's not hard to see why. They managed to bring back almost all of their key starters on both sides of the ball. On offense, they have one of the NFL's best rushing attacks and have added an exciting new piece to the passing game. Losing Byron Jones hurts on defense, but they also added a promising rookie corner in Trevon Diggs.

FanDuel Sportsbook has the Cowboys as -105 favorites to win the division in 2020, with the Philadelphia Eagles (+140) sitting as their only real competition. That's reflected in ESPN's projections as well, with the Eagles sitting one spot behind Dallas in the power rankings, projected to win just 0.2 fewer games.

After a frustrating 2019 season that ended with no playoff berth, the 2020 season can't come soon enough for Cowboys fans. America's Team looks ready to bounce back in a big way this year.
