The Tampa Bay Buccaneers need all the help that they can get if they hope to beat the Kansas City Chiefs in Sunday Night Football. The Bucs' wide receiver room has been banged-up this season (to say the least) and even though Mike Evans is returning from suspension, the rest of the unit is far from healthy.

While no one has been officially ruled out yet, that could change soon. The Buccaneers activated WR Cole Beasley from the practice squad on Saturday, which could spell bad news for Chris Godwin and Julio Jones' Week 4 status.

Buccaneers Injury Report

The Bucs brought Beasley in just over a week ago after the injury bug struck the WR room. He hardly impressed with only 12 receiving yards on three receptions in his Tampa Bay debut, however, his activation likely means that the team expects to miss a pass-catcher or two.

Jones has yet to play since Week 1 due to a knee injury. The seven-time Pro Bowler was limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday but was held out completely on Friday. While there's a chance he could play, don't be surprised if the Bucs don't want to take a chance on a 33-year-old with a knee injury.

Meanwhile, Godwin has also been sidelined since opening week with a hamstring injury. The former Penn State alum, along with Jones, were named game-time decisions by Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles on Friday.

Backup Breshad Perriman is listed as doubtful, so it's safe to assume he does not suit up on Sunday.

Hopefully, at least one of the two can play Sunday night. The Bucs need all hands on deck to go toe-to-toe with the Chiefs and as experienced as Beasley is, healthy versions of Jones and Godwin give Tampa Bay its best chance at success.
