Champ Bailey was inducted to the Pro Football Hall of Fame last summer. He took the opportunity to make an enshrinement speech as an opportunity to speak out and deliver a powerful message about racism.

Today, that message hits harder even harder than it did when he delivered it last August.

That speech really reads as though it could have been delivered in the past week, rather than a year ago. Bailey's experiences and insights are eye-opening, and everyone would be well served to heed his words and to listen, just as he requested.
