Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Milwaukee Bucks and Atlanta Hawks could be a turning point. Giannis Antetokounmpo went down with a potential knee injury and now the series is tied up at 2-2 with the two-time MVP's status up in the air.

Bucks NBA Finals Odds
Milwaukee was the favorite among the four remaining teams to win the NBA title at -110 odds heading into Game 4, but now their odds have crashed down to +450. That still places them just ahead of the Hawks (+550), though it seems likely for Atlanta to pass up the Bucks if Antetokounmpo is ruled out for Game 5.
Losing the two-time MVP would be a potentially fatal blow for the Bucks. Antetokounmpo has done it all for Milwaukee, averaging 28.2 points, 12.7 rebounds and 5.2 assists during his team's playoff run.
It's possible Antetokounmpo may at least be forced to miss the next contest, which provides a golden opportunity for Atlanta to go up 3-2 in the series and hope to close things out at home in Game 6. The Bucks are still currently favored by 2.5 points over the Hawks ahead of Thursday's game.
