The NFL's quarterback carousel is in full swing. Tom Brady just came out of retirement, Russell Wilson is now a Denver Bronco, and there are still plenty of dominos left to fall. One such player is Deshaun Watson, who is expected be traded from the Houston Texans this offseason.

The Cleveland Browns have emerged as a dark-horse destination for the 26-year-old, but acquiring the three-time Pro Bowler won't be cheap. Here's what swinging a trade would cost Cleveland, according to a report from Browns insider Mary Kay Cabot.

Deshaun Watson Trade Rumor

The Browns would have to give up a package that includes "multiple" first-round picks and the incumbent starter at quarterback, Baker Mayfield.

Russell Wilson and Matthew Stafford both fetched two first-round picks recently. Given that Watson is still 26, while Stafford and Wilson were both in their 30s, Cleveland might have to include three first-round picks to get this done.

The shocker here is that Mayfield might also have to be in the deal. Keeping him in this scenario would've been valuable, as the Browns could've recouped some of the draft capital they shipped out for Watson.

But at the end of the day, it's almost impossible to overpay for a legitimate franchise QB. If the Browns still feel that Watson is one, don't be surprised to see them give up a treasure trove of assets this offseason.
