Myles Garrett has only been in the NFL for four seasons, but he's quickly become one of the most dangerous defensive players during that time.

In 51 games with the Cleveland Browns, Garrett has recorded 42.5 sacks, 152 total tackles and 10 forced fumbles. However, there's only so much he can do on his own. Aside from Garrett, the Browns really don't have any other edge rushing threats. If management wants the team to take the next step, they need to find another edge rusher to pair with Garrett. The easiest way to do that is through the draft.

With nine picks in the 2021 NFL Draft, including No. 26, here are three edge rushers the Browns could draft to pair with Garrett on defense.

1. Jayson Oweh, EDGE, Penn State

Jayson Oweh's athleticism would make him a special part of the Browns' defense. Despite being a 6-foot-5, 257-pound defensive end, Oweh clocked a staggering 4.36-second 40-yard dash at his Pro Day. In three seasons at Penn State, he recorded 7.0 sacks, 2 forced fumbles and 63 total tackles, of which 13.5 were for a loss.

2. Gregory Rousseau, EDGE, Miami

While Gregory Rousseau opted out of the 2020 college football season because of COVID-19 concerns, he could be a steal for the Browns regardless of where they draft him. Some teams may stay away from Rousseau since they haven't been able to see him play since 2019, but the stats he put up that season were in impressive. In 2019, Rousseau recorded 15.5 sacks and 2 forced fumbles in 13 games with Miami. If he can bring that to the Browns' defense, Garrett may have his perfect edge rushing partner.

3. Carlos Basham Jr., EDGE, Wake Forest

Carols Basham Jr. is another edge rusher who's projected to go in the late-first, early-second round by some mock drafts. The Wake Forest product spent four seasons at the school and looked unstoppable. Basham had 19.5 sacks, 35.5 tackles for a loss, 7 forced fumbles and a touchdown in 42 games at Wake Forest. Having Basham on one side and Garrett on the other could help the Browns intimidate opposing offensive lines for years to come.
