Broncos Fans Will Love Behind-the-Scenes Footage from Nathaniel Hackett Interview

When the Denver Broncos hired former Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett as their new head coach, it was the beginning of a new era for the franchise. After all, the Broncos haven't been to the playoffs since 2015 and now hope that their new coach will be the man to take them back to the promised land.

Fans don't usually get to see what the head-coaching hiring process actually looks like. Fortunately, the Broncos released a behind-the-scenes video of Hackett's interview that will make the fan base love his coaching ideology.

Hackett made it abundantly clear that he brings three specific qualities to his coaching style: communication, energy and ingenuity. All three qualities make for a good coach and Broncos management hopes that his style leads to a healthy locker room in addition to on-field success.

Denver's offense struggled throughout the 2021 NFL season, averaging the ninth-fewest points across the league. Hackett's experience should help turn things around. The Packers had one of the best offensive units in the league during his three-year tenure with the team. If he can replicate that success in Denver combined with the Broncos solid defense, fans could have a lot to cheer about come the Fall.

Until then, Hackett will continue to fill out his coaching staff and mould the roster as he sees fit. Only time will tell if his communication, energy and ingeunity lead to results in 2022.
