With NFL free agency in full swing and the Draft on the horizon, FanDuel Sportsbook has released the full list of projected NFL win totals to bet on ahead of the 2020 campaign.

Broncos Win Total 2020

With plenty of teams to argue over at first glance, let's take a look at the Denver Broncos, who appear to be nothing short of disrespected by an opening 2020 NFL season projected 7.5-win total.

Despite getting off to a disastrous 2-6 start under Joe Flacco at QB last season, which was subsequently followed by a 1-2 slide behind backup Kyle Allen under center, the Denver Broncos found new life in then-third-string rookie QB Drew Lock last year.

Lock inherited a 3-8 roster that many had written off entirely in Week 13 last year, but he whipped them into a 4-1 team in his five starts at QB to close out the season. Lock also brought out the best of the abilities among many other young weapons on this team too, like WR Courtland Sutton and TE Noah Fant.

Ultimately, the Broncos finished at 7-9 on the year in 2019, despite sharing a division with the Super Bowl LIV champion Kansas City Chiefs. That 7-win finish is only one half-win behind their projected 2020 total, and it's also worth noting that Lock's single loss with the Broncos last season came on the road in Kansas City to the Chiefs.

Considering Denver has now moved on from Flacco entirely, added weapons like RB Melvin Gordon in free agency and fully expecting to get defensive stud Bradley Chubb back on the field in 2020, this Broncos' team has a lot of potential to surpass that 7.5-win mark.

And with some remaining cap space to spend this offseason, it's very possible that this roster gets even better by adding a veteran weapon like TE Delanie Walker to further expedite Lock's development as a starter.
