Bills Playoff Odds Have Them as Heavy Favorites to Make Postseason Despite Week 14 Loss to Ravens
By Zach Brunner

The Buffalo Bills are quietly getting the job done in the AFC this season. Even after a Week 14 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, their odds to make the playoffs remain high.
Wow. It gets even more ridiculous.

Bills Odds to Make Playoffs
With a 9-4 record on the season, the Bills are tied for the third-best record in the AFC, but they're currently the fifth seed, due to the New England Patriots leading the division, at 10-3.
Football Outsiders gives the Bills only a 4.8 percent chance to win the division, but they have a 94 percent chance overall to make the playoffs.
FanDuel Sportsbook has odds that also reflect this, with the Bills sitting at -3000 to make the playoffs, but +1300 to win the AFC East.
The best part about the playoff race for the Bills is that they control their own destiny. In Week 15, Buffalo plays the Pittsburgh Steelers, who are currently the sixth seed. A win over them would clinch a Wild Card spot for the Bills.
With the Patriots losing, here are the scenarios for the #Bills:

- To win the AFC East, they need to win out and have New England lose one of its two other games (at Cincinnati and home against Miami).
- To clinch a playoff spot, the Bills need one win over the final 3 weeks.
A Week 16 rematch with the Patriots may be the most intriguing game on the Bills remaining schedule, since they have a legitimate chance to win the AFC East, sitting only one game behind New England in the standings. However, the Patriots currently hold the tiebreaker for both head-to-head record and division record, due to Buffalo's Week 4 loss to New England.
