Buffalo Bills fans are still riding high after the team made it to the AFC Championship game last season for the first time since 1993. The team heads into 2021 with aspirations to get back to that spot and ProFootballFocus sees them a a true threat in the AFC conference.

The Bills came in ranked No. 3 in PFF's latest NFL power rankings. They only trail the two teams featured in last year's Super Bowl in the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. PFF also gave the Bills a 7.5% chance to win it all, which ranked as the fourth-highest mark.

This shouldn't come as a massive surprise given the Bills have a balanced roster on both sides of the ball. Starting quarterback Josh Allen keeps improving year after year and threw for 4,544 yards and 37 touchdowns last season. Plus, the emergence of wide receiver Stefon Diggs (league-leading 1,535 receiving yards in 2020) has taken this offense to a different level.

Buffalo's defense ranked in the middle of the pack in most categories last year, but always made sure to take advantage of their opportunities. The Bills racked up 26 takeaways (T-No. 3 in NFL) and ended the season with a +4 turnover margin. That is crucial to having success in the NFL.

All things considered, the Bills are a team that no one will want to face next season. They play hard-nosed football and have all the motivation in the world to win games. Head coach Sean McDermott has a legitimate shot to lead his team to the promised land in 2021.

The Bills have odds set at +1200 to win it all next season, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
