Week 13 of the NFL season brought fans some pretty surprising results. The Cincinnati Bengals knocked off the New York Jets to earn their first win of the season, and the Washington Redskins upset the Carolina Panthers to earn their third win.

If you've endured some of these upsets and made it to Week 14 in your survivor pool, here are the best survivor picks for this weekend's slate of games.

Second-Half Survivor Pool Picks

1. Washington Redskins vs. Green Bay Packers, Sunday, 1 p.m. EST

As mentioned above, the Redskins are coming off a surprising victory over the Panthers, but it's hard to imagine Washington staying hot against the Green Bay Packers. Green Bay is 5-1 when playing at Lambeau this season. The Packers are averaging the 11th-most points per game (PPG) this season, and could dominate a Washington defense that surrenders the 11th-most PPG and ranks No. 21 in Football Outsiders' defensive DVOA rankings.

2. Detroit Lions vs. Minnesota Vikings, Sunday, 1 p.m. EST

The Minnesota Vikings have been a little hit or miss this year, but the Detroit Lions are playing their third-string quarterback, David Blough, in this one. The Lions have also lost four straight games without Matthew Stafford at the helm. Detroit could have a tough time hanging with a Minnesota team that already beat them, 42-30, with Stafford under center in Week 7.

3. New York Giants vs. Philadelphia Eagles, Monday, 8:15 p.m. EST

The New York Giants enter this game as losers of eight straight games, and things likely won't get much better against the Philadelphia Eagles. While Philadelphia is coming off a head-scratching loss to the Miami Dolphins, this looks like a great bounce-back spot for the Eagles. New York has allowed opponents to gain the seventh-most yards per game, so Philadelphia should be able to move the ball at home against the Giants.
