The Denver Broncos have been relatively quiet in free agency, with most of their acquisitions made to address the running game. However, Denver did trade for Houston Texans cornerback A.J. Bouye, then let long-time corner Chris Harris Jr. walk.

This means there is still at need at cornerback on this Denver defense. With that in mind, here are the three best cornerbacks still available for the Broncos to target in free agency.

1. Darqueze Dennard

Darqueze Dennard is a former first-round selection has dealt with a number of injury issues, leading to him playing just one full season during his six years in the league. However, he is a solid corner when healthy. Dennard is coming off a season in which Pro Football Focus graded him as a top-20 cornerbacks in the NFL.

2. Logan Ryan

Logan Ryan is a consistent cornerback that continues to play at a high level in his coverage. Last season, he had 4 interceptions and career-highs in forced fumbles (4) and passes defended (18). The only thing holding Ryan back from being signed right now is his $10 million asking price.

3. Prince Amukamara

While Prince Amukamara is on the wrong side of 30, the long-time veteran can still be a starting-level cornerback. He showed that in 2018, when received a career-high 77.1 coverage grade from Pro Football Focus. Last season, his grade fell to 70.5 and he allowed more than 50 yards in coverage in five games. There's still hope for a bounce-back, however. A reunion with Vic Fangio, who was his defensive coordinator in 2018, could be just what Amukamara needs.
