The 2021 NBA season is in full swing. Tuesday's basketball action features a primetime matchup between the Los Angeles Lakers and New York Knicks.

Here's three of the best prop bets for Lakers-Knicks, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.

Lakers vs Knicks Best Prop Bets

1. RJ Barrett - Made Threes: Under 1.5 (+110)

While third-year pro RJ Barrett has played well alongside Julius Randle this season, his struggles from beyond the arc continue. The former Duke star has failed to hit two three-pointers in six of his last eight games (7-for-40 during that span). Barrett has also posted a career-low 30.5% shooting percentage from outside the perimeter on the season. Yes, the Lakers rank in the middle of the pack when it comes to defending three-pointers, but Barrett has given bettors no reason to trust him in a game that will see a lot of tight defense. There is some sneaky value here at plus odds.

2. Russell Westbrook: Assists - Over 9.5 (+114)

Russell Westbrook has been up-and-down all season for the Lakers. He has been hot as of late, though. The All-Star guard is coming off one of his best games of the year in which he racked up 26 points, 10 assists and 9 rebounds in a comeback win. He has a great shot to reach double-digit assists once again against a Knicks' defense that is allowing the 11th-most opponent assists per game (24.2). Overall, Westbrook has cashed this bet in two of his last three games and should be motivated to keep this Lakers team above the .500 mark. Back him to dish out at least 10 assists tonight.

3. 3rd Quarter Spread: Los Angeles Lakers +1.5 (-122)

No one truly knows what head coach Tom Thibodeau says to his team at halftime, but it is clear that is hasn't been working. The New York Knicks are 1-8 against the spread in their last nine third quarters played at home. They seem to come out slow and disorganized, which could easily be taken advantage of by a Lakers team full of veteran pros. Look for the duo of Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook to come out firing here and jump out ahead in the third. Keep in mind New York is averaging the fifth-fewest third quarter points per game in the NBA (23.8).
