3 Best Prop Bets for Heat vs Mavericks NBA Game on FanDuel Sportsbook

Heat vs Mavericks Prop Bets Tonight - 11/2/2021

1. Jimmy Butler - Points: Under 21.5 (-108)

Jimmy Butler is off to one of the best starts in his career. The five-time NBA All-Star is averaging 25.3 points per game through his first six contests. However, the Mavericks have been solid defensively this season, allowing103.0 points allowed per game (T-6th). Butler also seems to play just average against Dallas, averaging 17.3 points in his last 10 outings against the Mavericks. Beyond that, FanDuel Sportsbook has set the total for the game at 210, so there may not be a lot of points going around in the first place.

2. Luka Doncic - Rebounds: Over 7.5 (-132)

In addition to being one of the top offensive threats in the NBA, Luka Doncic is averaging 8.5 rebounds per game this season. It seems like he should have a tough matchup against a Heat team that's leading the league with 62.3 RPG. However, Miami's Bam Adebayo, who's averaging 14.0 RPG, is questionable and may not play. Even if he does suit up, he may not be 100%, which works to Doncic's advantage. No other Heat player is as good at rebounding as Adebayo, which opens the floor for Doncic. Plus, he's already averaging 8.7 RPG in six career meetings against Miami.

3. Tim Hardaway Jr. - Made Threes: Over 3.5 (+140)

Tim Hardaway Jr. is averaging 2.8 three-pointers made per game in 2021-22. While some may be concerned about him hitting the over, it's important to point out that the Heat haven't done well defending against three-pointers. Miami is surrendering the most shot attempts beyond the arc per game this season (42.5) while also giving up the seventh-most threes made (14.3) over its last three games. Hardaway has almost made at least four three-pointers twice so far this season and both instances came when he took 11 attempts. With the Heat focusing on Doncic combined with their lackluster perimeter defense, it could be a big game for Hardaway.
