Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow stated recently that he was disappointed with his deep passing as a rookie. He felt he didn't live up to the deep ball he knows he's capable of throwing and was focused on improving in that area as he rehabs for the upcoming season.

Well, it's clear the effort Burrow is putting in to that part of his game is paying off.

Burrow unleashed a 65-yard bomb with ease at the team's OTAs. Coming off of his season-ending knee injury, it's good to see the QB look like nothing's changed and holds promise that he'll hit the ground running in Week 1 of the 2021 campaign.

The former LSU star was just 9-of-48 on throws of 20-plus yards in 2020. Improving on his accuracy in that area could take this revamped Bengals offense to new heights, especially with a reworked offensive line and top rookie Ja'Marr Chase now in the fold.

The talented trio of Chase, Tyler Boyd and Tee Higgins is positioned to do some serious damage this season if Burrow's improved deep ball proves to be legit.
