Heat Injury Report: Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro Ruled out Monday vs Rockets

The Miami Heat are coming off a huge win on Sunday against the Brooklyn Nets, but they will be at less than full strength for their matchup against the Houston Rockets on Monday.
Miami Heat Injury Report
Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro have both been ruled out, while Jimmy Butler, Goran Dragic, and Andre Iguodala are all questionable. That means the team could be without their four best players and one of their most important role players again the Rockets.

Butler and Adebayo have done everything for the Heat this season. They rank first and second on the squad in points, rebounds, and assists per game, and the Heat would be facing an uphill battle if Butler is ultimately ruled out. The Heat have played 499 minutes with both players off the court this season, and they’ve been outscored by an average of -15.6 points per 100 possessions over that time frame.
Dewayne Dedmon Fantasy
From a fantasy perspective, Dewayne Dedmon is an appealing option with Adebayo out of the lineup. He posted 20.0 FanDuel points as Adebayo’s backup yesterday, so he should be able to return value at $3,900 with Adebayo out of the lineup.
The Heat are currently listed as 6.5-point favorites vs. the Rockets on FanDuel Sportsbook.
