The LSU Tigers are back in the top 10 for the first time since 2006 and ​travel to the Swamp to take on the Florida Gators for the second time this season tonight.


LSU lost to Florida exactly two weeks ago at home in Baton Rouge, the Tigers' only loss in their last eight games. Florida is likely a tournament team, currently projecting as a nine seed, and the Gators are 1-point favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

Sports Jaw also likes the Gators to win, projecting the game at 74-69 in favor of the Gators. Florida's defense can nullify the Tigers' offense, as the Gators' defense holds opponents to just 63.1 points per game (PPG), which ranks 14th in the NCAA.


Cappers Picks

Evan Petty, of Cappers Picks, is also rolling with the Gators to win and cover, by a score of 68-64, because of their home-court advantage. Petty believes that if the Gators could shut down LSU's offense in Baton Rouge, they should be able to do it again in the Swamp.

Tony Tellez is the lone wolf going with LSU to win and cover down at the Swamp. Tony likes how good the Tigers are on the road, and the fact that it's a revenge game, following LSU's loss to the Gators earlier in the season.

ESPN Basketball Power Index

ESPN's BPI also likes the Gators at home, giving them a 60.2 percent chance to win on Wednesday night. This tracks, as Florida is a 1-point favorite, according to ​FanDuel Sportsbook.
