The Cincinnati Bengals performance over the past couple of seasons could make the average Bengals fan sick to their stomach. For one fan, however, it was just enough to take legal action against the franchise.

Bengals season ticket holder Scott Poston has filed a lawsuit against the franchise seeking compensation for the reconstructive surgery he had to undergo due to the reported negligence of the maintenance staff at Paul Brown Stadium.

According to the suit, Poston slipped on a cleaning substance used to clean up a puddle of vomit during a Cincinnati home game, resulting in tears to three of his rotator cuff muscles, a dislocated bicep, and strains to two other muscles.

It remains to be seen whether or not new coach Zac Taylor can handle the pressure of coaching in Cincy, but hopefully he can turn the franchise around and keep the fanbase's nausea to a minimum.
