Betting on the Alliance of American Football (AAF) was a total crapshoot through the first few games, but now with three weeks of data, there are a couple of clear betting trends coming to light.

Through Week 3, home teams have won 9 of 12 games, covering the spread in eight of those contests, and the under has hit in 10 of 12.

This brand-new league may not be selling out stadiums, but home cooking and defensive contests have reigned supreme

In last week's power rankings, those toward the top have had some dominant games at home. It's unclear how long this will last, but if the first three weeks are any indication, this weekend's home teams – Memphis, Salt Lake City, Birmingham and Arizona – should have the advantage in Week 4.

Those four teams combine for a 4-1 record at home, but scoring still hasn't come easily. Right now, the Orlando Apollos are the only team averaging more than 30 points (32.7 PPG), with the Hotshots close behind at 23.4 points per game.

Before you place any AAF bets, make sure you give the home team and the under a real good look.
