The Toronto Raptors went all-in when they traded DeMar DeRozan for Kawhi Leonard this summer, and Raptors' fans are still anxiously waiting to see if Kawhi will re-sign with the team this offseason.

While losing Kawhi would be devastating for Toronto, one stat shows it might not be as impactful as you might think right now.

The Raptors play the Magic today without Kawhi and, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, Toronto is still a 7-point favorite against the Magic, even without their superstar player. Here's the reason why.

That's right, the Raptors are 13-3 straight up without Kawhi Leonard this season, and two of those wins came against the Golden State Warriors and Indiana Pacers.

Look for complimentary players like Kyle Lowry, Marc Gasol and Pascal Siakam to shoulder more of the offensive burden without Kawhi. In fact, Siakam was ridiculous in his last game without Kawhi, tallying 44 points, 10 rebounds and 3 blocks while shooting 60 percent from the floor and 80 percent from beyond the arc.

Ultimately, Nick Nurse is coaching at an extremely high level right now. Nurse is maximizing the potential of the Raptors' roster, which lets Toronto rest Kawhi and keep him fresh for the postseason.

While this team is undeniably better when Kawhi does play, Raptors' fans have to be encouraged by Toronto's impressive record without their superstar this season.
