Carolina Panthers wide receiver Devin Funchess is listed as questionable for their Week 13 matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a team that has given up the fourth-most fantasy points to the WR position so far this season. It should be noted that Funchess got in some limited practice yesterday and today and that head coach Ron Rivera said that the wideout would be listed as probable if that injury designation still existed.


If Funchess is unavailable, both D.J. Moore and Curtis Samuel find themselves in a great spot to increase their fantasy production against a Bucs defense that has been getting torched through the air all season. 


That leads us to this version of "Would You Rather?" -- Moore, Samuel, or even Funchess?

On the surface, it appears like Moore is our guy. He has the three highest yardage-totals of any Panthers' receiver and is also the only one to exceed the 100-yard mark this season. Even better news for Moore owners, two of those three games came in each of the last two weeks. 


Samuel hasn't had a ton of volume in catches, but he has found the end zone in each of the last two games and in three of the last four. Touchdowns are an incredibly-volatile stat, so it's tough to depend on that weekly. The Buccaneers, however, have allowed 17 touchdown receptions to the wide receiver position this season, second-most in the NFL. 


It's highly unlikely that Funchess would have much of a role if he just returned to the practice field yesterday. He's having a decent season, with 41 catches on 68 targets for 516 receiving yards and three touchdowns in 10 games. Perhaps, the back issue that Funchess has been dealing with has lingered for a while, as he has failed to top 50 receiving in each of the last four games. 


All in all, Moore is the guy we should be leaning on this week against the Bucs. His steady production over the last two games (15 catches on 17 targets for 248 receiving yards and a touchdown) make a trustworthy option to use in all formats.
