Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green has been listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the in-state rival Cleveland Browns. The All-Pro wide out felt like he'd be able to play but was unable to get a practice in this week.
With Green out of the lineup, look for the Bengals to rely on wide receiver Tyler Boyd and tight end C.J. Uzomah to see an uptick in targets. In addition, running backs Joe Mixon and Gio Bernard will likely see a few more balls thrown their way.
The #Bengals have now listed WR AJ Green as doubtful. He began the week believing he could play on is toe injury, but didn’t practice all week. Now unlikely to play.— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) November 24, 2018
Green has missed the team's last two games and hasn't played since Oct. 28 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bengals desperately need his production, as his six receiving touchdowns still lead the team, while his 45 catches and 687 receiving yards rank second.
