There was a lot of fantasy hype surrounding Chicago Bears tight end Trey Burton heading into the 2018-19 season, but to no avail thus far.

All the signs were there, with Burton heading to Chicago from the Philadelphia Eagles this offseason, taking over the role of Travis Kelce in new head coach Matt Nagy's offense. He would also he able to avoid playing behind the enormous shadow cast by Eagles TE Zach Ertz and assert himself as a TE1 with the Bears.

However, the first three weeks of the season had other plans with Burton tallying just nine receptions for 90 yards and a touchdown. It wouldn't be outlandish to say the tight end could match those numbers in Week 4 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

This could be the test that helps fantasy owners to either move on from Burton, or to double down, as Burton faces a Bucs defense that is league-worst against the tight end.

It's not as if Burton has been a complete bust, but Week 4 certainly could be your chance to properly evaluate his future fantasy success.
