The Seattle Seahawks have been one of the league's most consistent teams since drafting Russell Wilson, winning double-digit games in all but one season and appearing in two Super Bowls. However, a surge in the NFC West led to them not winning the division in 2019.

In order to get back to the top of the division, Seattle could still use a bit of help. Here are three free agents that could still make an impact on the Seahawks in 2020.

3. Logan Ryan, CB

The Seahawks have loved to field physical cornerbacks under Pete Carroll. Reaching out to Logan Ryan, who is coming off a solid season with the Tennessee Titans, would be an upgrade to their secondary and give them another physical cornerback to play in a physical division. Ryan is coming off a career-high 113 tackles and 4.5 sacks. This shows he is not afraid to come up and make a hit, which will be useful in run-heavy NFC North. Ryan also totaled four interceptions last season, which was his most since 2015.

2. Damon Harrison, DT

Damon "Snacks" Harrison is still floating out there in free agency, but he would be a huge rotational piece for Seattle's defensive front. Stopping the run is essential for every team looking to make a playoff run. However, it is even more important when they are competing in the division with the San Francisco 49ers, who the league's second-best rushing offense in 2019. At just 31 years old, Snacks definitely has something left in the tank.

1. Everson Griffen, DE

Many were surprised when Everson Griffen parted ways with the Vikings, since he has been so good for so long in Minnesota. The 32-year-old may not be what he once was, but he still totaled 8 sacks, 11 tackles for loss and 24 quarterback hits last season. He would be instantly upgrade Seattle's defensive front, and he'd help replace the potential loss of Jadeveon Clowney.
