The 2020 NFL draft could very well see three quarterbacks go off the board in the top five picks. The obvious top choice is Joe Burrow, and Tua Tagovailoa seems to have firmly established himself as the No. 2 option in the class. Oregon's Justin Herbert isn't being slept on either, however.

Here are the three biggest favorites to draft Justin Herbert, according to odds from FanDuel Sportsbook, where you can place a wager on his landing spot.

Justin Herbert Draft Projection

3. Carolina Panthers (+600)

With new head coach Matt Rhule signed to a long-term contract, the Carolina Panthers may be looking to build from the ground up with a multi-year view. That could spell the end of Cam Newton's time with the team, but even if Newton sticks around in 2020, he's on the last year of his contract. This means that Herbert could either spend some time as Newton's backup as he gets familiar with the NFL game, or he could step in an immediately compete for a starting spot. One big handicap for the Panthers is that they own the No. 7 pick in the draft, putting them behind at least three teams (the Cincinnati Bengals, Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Chargers) that could be targeting a QB.

2. Los Angels Chargers (+200)

Speaking of the Chargers, they pick No. 6. With Burrow heavily linked to Cincinnati and Tua linked to the Dolphins, the Chargers could stay put and have a great shot to pull the trigger on the Oregon signal-caller. They have already confirmed they're moving on from Philip Rivers, and whether they bring in a veteran stop-gap starter or not, Herbert could be an appealing pick.

1. Miami Dolphins (+105)

This is especially interesting given the Dolphins are also the favorites to draft Tagovailoa. With the Washington Redskins and Detroit Lions also being linked to Tua, however, and with the chance that someone trades up to jump over the Dolphins, Tua may be off the board by No. 5. The team has an obvious need at QB, with Ryan Fitzpatrick and Josh Rosen clearly not being long-term answers during their re-build, and using their first of three first-round picks on a quarterback should be a no-brainer.
