NBA All-Star Weekend 2022 is almost here, and anticipation is growing ahead of the festivities. The annual All-Star Skills Challenge is always one of the highlights, with three teams set to wow the crowd with a variety of talents.

The three teams for this year's competition are as follows:

  • Team Rookies (Cade Cunningham, Scottie Barnes, Josh Giddey)
  • Team Cavs (Evan Mobley, Jarrett Allen, Darius Garland)
  • Team Antetokounmpo (Giannis, Thanasis and Kostas Antetkounmpo)

This year's Skills Challenge will be broken down into the following rounds: Round 1 is shooting, Round 2 is passing and Round 3 is a team relay The two teams with the most points after the first three rounds will face off in Round 4, which is a half-court shot contest.

Nevertheless, while each group is talented in their own right, FanDuel Sportsbook is favoring Team Rookies at -145 odds to win the NBA All-Star Skills Challenge.

Cunningham, Barnes and Giddey have each earned important roles with their respective teams in their first NBA campaign. Each of the trio has started in every game that they've played this season and are more than willing to prove why they'll each be constants in the league for year's to come.

Meanwhile, Team Cavs — representing the hometown Cleveland Cavaliers — sit second at +190 odds, while Team Antetokounmpo is a distant third at +410.
