Week 1 of the XFL season is in the books, and in an odd twist of fate, all of the 1-0 teams will face one another this weekend, while all of the winless teams will square off as well.

If you're looking for some fantasy football insight this week, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Saturday's XFL Week 2 game between the Tampa Bay Vipers and Seattle Dragons.

XFL Fantasy Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Week 2

Start De'Veon Smith, RB, Tampa Bay Vipers: The Vipers are 3-point favorites in this one, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, and that should work in De'Veon Smith's favor. Smith was fantastic in Week 1, turning 16 carries into 79 yards, though that ultimately came in a losing effort. Given Aaron Murray's struggles (more on that later), Smith should see a ton of volume if the Vipers are playing with a lead. If Smith sees a similar workload, he could be in for a great game.

Start Austin Proehl, WR, Seattle Dragons: Austin Proehl was a monster in Week 1, turning five receptions into 88 receiving yards and two scores. While he could struggle to post another two-score performance, Proehl should see a ton of volume if the Dragons are trailing again. Brandon Silvers had an up-and-down debut, but he and Proehl had a clear chemistry, making the Dragons' wideout a solid option in Week 2.

Sit Aaron Murray, QB, Tampa Bay Vipers: Despite generating a ton of buzz in the offseason, Aaron Murray's XFL debut was a rough one. He completed a league-low 47 percent of his passes, throwing two interceptions and no touchdowns. Volume certainly wasn't his issue, as he had 34 attempts, so even if he's playing from behind again, Murray could struggle to turn that opportunity into production.

Sit Both Seattle Dragons Running Backs: Kenneth Farrow and Ja'Quan Gardner were both extremely efficient last week, but it appears they could be mired in a timeshare. Gardner had nine carries for 36 yards, while Farrow handled seven attempts for 41 yards. As 3-point underdogs, rushing volume could be hard to come by, and it seems like these two could cannibalize each other's fantasy value. Until this situation shakes out, it might be best to avoid the Dragons' backfield.
