After the 49ers beat up on the Browns to wrap up Week 5 in the NFL, it's time to turn our betting attention to NFL Week 6.
NFL Spreads Week 6
The week kicks off with a "Thursday Night Football" matchup between the New England Patriots and New York Giants, rehashing an old Super Bowl rivalry. While the Patriots still have QB Tom Brady and head coach Bill Belichick at the helm as they did during those Super Bowl runs, the Giants have gone through a complete overhaul.
New England is a 16.5-point home favorite, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, the largest spread of Week 6.
The shortest spread comes in a 1 p.m. EST game between the New Orleans Saints and Jacksonville Jaguars. The Saints are 1-point road underdogs in Jacksonville.
Another game to note is the Houston Texans vs the Kansas City Chiefs, two teams with Super Bowl aspirations. Kansas City is coming off a disappointing home loss to the Indianapolis Colts on "Sunday Night Football," while the Texans had an explosive week in a 53-32 win over the Atlanta Falcons. With two potent offenses on display, this contest has the highest over/under total of Week 6 at 55.5 points, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
The lowest over/under features two other AFC teams, with the Tennessee Titans visiting the Denver Broncos. With a total of 39 points, that's a full two points less than any other Week 6 game.
We also get our second straight week with an NFL game taking place in London, England. The Carolina Panthers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers travel across the pond to battle it out with a 9:30 a.m EST kickoff, meaning fantasy owners will need to set their lineups extra early come Sunday.
