Two current playoff teams will meet in Week 16 as the Indianapolis Colts take on the Arizona Cardinals. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Cards slated as 1.5-point favorites in a game that could come down to the wire.

Fantasy Football Playoffs Advice

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 16 showdown.

Jonathan Taylor Fantasy

Start Jonathan Taylor, RB, Indianapolis Colts: The Colts' offense is basically just Jonathan Taylor at this point. He's averaging a whopping 27.3 rushing attempts per game over the last four contests. He's showing no signs of slowing down despite the workload, recording 581 rushing yards and 9 total TDs during that stretch alone. Taylor is the biggest no-doubt start of the fantasy football playoffs, and he could light up a defense that allowed Craig Reynolds to rush for 112 yards last week.

Christian Kirk Fantasy

Start Christian Kirk, WR, Arizona Cardinals: Christian Kirk thrived in the Cards' first game post-DeAndre Hopkins. Kirk racked up a season-high 12 targets with Arizona down big early, and he produced with 9 catches for 94 yards and 1 TD. His 96% snap share in Week 15 also tied his highest of the season, so the opportunity for Kirk to establish himself without Hopkins is clear. Indianapolis is also a middle-of-the-pack unit against the pass, which could help Kirk put up another big day.

Carson Wentz Fantasy

Sit Carson Wentz, QB, Indianapolis Colts: Carson Wentz isn't being asked to make many plays for the Colts as Taylor shoulders the load. Wentz is averaging just 16.2 completions and 161.4 yards per game over the last five contests. A 3-TD outing is the lone bright spot during that stretch, but he's managed 1 or zero passing scores in the other four games. Without top wideout Michael Pittman Jr., Wentz could continue to struggle against a Cardinals defense that's holding opponents to the fifth-fewest passing yards per game.

Chase Edmonds Fantasy

Sit Chase Edmonds, RB, Arizona Cardinals: Chase Edmonds' return from injury was dulled by Arizona's reliance on James Conner. The latter out-snapped and out-touched Edmonds in Week 15, giving insight into who will likely be the Cards' lead back down the stretch. Conner handled 5.2 targets and 4.8 receptions per game while Edmonds was sidelined, which makes it difficult to see Edmonds returning to the 4.6 targets and 3.8 receptions he averaged before his injury. The presence of both backs limits the upside in the backfield, and facing a Colts unit that's No. 3 in Football Outsiders' run-defense DVOA metric, it's too hard to trust Edmonds with the playoffs on the line.
