The Cleveland Browns (8-3) will look to win their fourth consecutive game when they go on the road to take on the Tennessee Titans (8-3) in Week 13 NFL action. The Titans are 6-point favorites, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's NFL betting odds, in this battle between two AFC teams right in the thick of the playoff race.

If you need help with your fantasy football lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for the Week 13 Browns-Titans showdown.

Jarvis Landry Fantasy

Start Jarvis Landry, WR, Cleveland Browns: Jarvis Landry had a breakout performance in Week 12 and proved to fantasy football managers his value may not be completely gone just yet. Landry hauled in 8-of-11 targets for 143 yards and scored his first touchdown of the season. He now draws a great matchup in Week 13. The Titans' defense has given up 177 receptions to opposing wide receivers this season (No. 30 in the NFL) for a total of 2,006 yards (No. 25 in the NFL). Landry should have no problem seeing double-digit targets again this week. He is worth a start in most fantasy football leagues and receives a boost in PPR scoring.

Ryan Tannehill Fantasy

Start Ryan Tannehill, QB, Tennessee Titans: Ryan Tannehill is going to be a popular name among streaming quarterbacks this week and for good reason. While the Titans are thriving off of their rushing game, Tannehill has still put up multiple touchdowns in each of the past two weeks and seems to be finding his groove. He goes into this one facing a Browns defense that hasn't been able to shut down quarterbacks all season. They are allowing 246.7 passing yards per game (No. 20 in the NFL) and have given up 22 passing touchdowns this season (T-No. 24 in the NFL). Tannehill is running play action to perfection right now, which makes him a great streamer this week.

Austin Hooper Fantasy

Sit Austin Hooper, TE, Cleveland Browns: There was a lot of hype surrounding Austin Hooper coming into this season, but he has simply become a TD-dependent tight end in fantasy football. In his first year with the Browns, Hooper has only surpassed 50 receiving yards in a game twice and has scored just 2 touchdowns all season. He simply doesn't see enough volume as he is only averaging 3.8 targets over his past four games. It would be smart to keep him on your bench until he starts producing better results.

Jonnu Smith Fantasy

Sit Jonnu Smith, TE, Tennessee Titans: Here we have a tight end that started the season on a hot streak, but has slowed down mightily over the second half of the year. Jonnu Smith scored 5 touchdowns in his first four games this year, but has scored just 3 in his last seven games. In fact, Smith didn't draw single target in Week 12, despite playing in 75% of the offensive snaps. Smith hasn't reached 40 receiving yards since Week 5 and has become a forgotten option in this Titans' passing game. As long as you have other options, avoid starting Smith this week.
