A battle within the AFC South division is set to take place in Week 10 as the Jacksonville Jaguars go on the road to take on the Indianapolis Colts. FanDuel Sportsbook has the Colts slated as 10.5-point favorites in what is one of the most lopsided spreads on the schedule.

If you need some help with your fantasy lineups, here's some start 'em, sit 'em advice for this Week 10 showdown.

Dan Arnold Fantasy

Start Dan Arnold, TE, Jacksonville Jaguars: Streaming tight ends in fantasy football can be a tricky strategy to perfect, but fantasy managers rostering Dan Arnold have been able to find some success. The veteran tight end has hauled in 12 of his 17 targets over the last two weeks for 128 yards. Both of those marks lead the Jaguars' offense and Arnold draws another favorable matchup in Week 10. The Colts are giving up the fifth-most PPR fantasy points to opposing TEs this season, which includes 6 receiving touchdowns (T-No. 28 in NFL). Arnold has TE1 upside this week, especially with Jacksonville expected to be playing from behind for the majority of the game.

Carson Wentz Fantasy

Start Carson Wentz, QB, Indianapolis Colts: Carson Wentz has quietly turned into one of the most consistent fantasy options at the quarterback position. The first-year Colt has thrown for at least 2 touchdowns in each of his last six games and has tuned the ball over just four times during that span. Overall, Wentz ranks as the QB10 in fantasy scoring and now gets to face a subpar Jacksonville defense. The Jaguars have posted the worst pass defense DVOA rating and are allowing the second-highest opponent completion percentage in the NFL (72.6%). Wentz has shown no reason not to trust him at this point and remains a reliable QB1 option.

Trevor Lawrence Fantasy

Sit Trevor Lawrence, QB, Jacksonville Jaguars: Fantasy managers may see quarterback Trevor Lawrence's matchup this week and believe he will be a viable streaming option. However, the rookie out of Clemson has failed to show any kind of upside in fantasy football. Lawrence has thrown for just 8 touchdowns across his first eight starts and hasn't thrown for over 300 yards since Week 6. He ranks as the QB24 in fantasy scoring and continues to struggle with turnovers (12 on the season). Keep in mind that he is also dealing with an ankle injury heading into Sunday. There are much better options on the waiver wire to pick up.

Nyheim Hines Fantasy

Sit Nyheim Hines, RB, Indianapolis Colts: Running back Nyheim Hines had seemed to disappear from the Colts' offense before he erupted for 108 total yards and 1 touchdown in Week 9. Hines saw most of his work come in the second half when the team was up by double-digits, though. Starter Jonathan Taylor is going to continue dominating this backfield and Hines' upside solely comes from his role in the passing attack. The Jaguars have been stout against those type of players, though. Jacksonville has allowed just 263 receiving yards to opposing RBs, which ranks as the sixth-lowest mark in the NFL. Hines is not worth a start this week.
